CPL Aromas Roof Overclad Case Study

CPL Aromas manufacturing plants existing fibre cement roof in Northampton was in need of repair and following our extensive survey of the roof it became clear that the condition of it had dilapidated to such a condition that the most cost effective method of resolving the various problems upon the roof was to replace or overclad it.
Due to the plants 24/7 operation the roofs replacement was not possible so it was decided to overclad the roof which was the most cost effective solution overall.
Through careful explanation of our operating methods as well as the thorough risk assessments carried out before and during the project a safe method of working was agreed upon. Content and regular communications between us and the client throughout the project ensured any issues that arose were dealt with safely and efficiently.

We submit documentation such as this to explain in detail the planned works for many of our projects in an effort to provide clarity for our prospective clients prior to either party comitting to any works.
